The customer is a great cook and loves to have dinner parties and friends over but their very thin galley kitchen did not provide the social experience they wanted these evenings to be.

They wanted an extension that would create a large space for the family as well as entertaining and an open plan kitchen that would allow them to get the very best from their space. They wanted to be involved in the process as had ideas they wanted to discuss and so Architect Your Home was the perfect choice for them.

Jonathan produced a stunning solution which created a spacious yet still intimate kitchen/ living /dining room. His design included an off-set glazed rear wall to create a light open space that really gave the extension a real sense of excitement and purpose. He also managed to include a much-needed downstairs toilet and utility room.

“We’ve engaged with Architect your Home to help us with doing an extension to the rear of our house. Jonathan the architect who visited our home was very knowledgeable and really professional. They have a menu of services which they offer which is really helpful as you can use them to assist with as much or as little as you like. We are very satisfied with the service and look forward to working with them more.”
