Longstanding clients of Bonsors, Marks Bloom’s offices are located near to our offices and the company has been based in Kingston upon Thames for a number of years.The property comprised a ground floor retail unit occupied by the Futon Store and two floors of offices above occupied by Marks Bloom. The building is very prominently situated fronting Kingston’s ring road at the junction of London Road, Fairfield North and Old London Road.

Our scheme in Green Lane, Redhill has reached completion! After being awarded planning from Reigate and Banstead at the end of 2018, our contractor teams at Probuild and WNHL have successfully closed out the project for us. Many thanks also to Advanced Window Improvements who smoothly executed what was a relatively tricky glazing detail. Really happy for our incredibly warm and friendly clients – Nick and Claire. Looking forward to seeing it in use!

We’ve delighted that Helen is amongst these national role models and more specifically one of the 5 role models selected in the Property, Construction and facilities Management sector.
We were called to a property that had already been boarded up while it was awaiting re-development. The previous work hadn’t done its job, though. Vandals were ripping off the timber boarding on a regular basis to gain entry so we were called in to re-secure the property with our galvanised steel sheet and security doors.

The supporting plans were provided by local architect Robert Rodway.
