As you approach Castle Douglas continue on the A75 to reach the Allanton roundabout, take the exit onto the A745 sign posted to Castle Douglas. Follow the A745 to reach a roundabout, take the exit onto Oakwell Road. Follow Oakwell Road for approximately 1.2 miles and the land is located on the left hand side.
