Planning

Planning consent was granted on 15th February 2022 for the construction of a detached twostorey building comprising two x one-bedroom flats, on the vacant car parking site at 48-50 Ashley Road, Hampton the development to include associated amenity space and no car parking. The proposed development will comprise two x one-bedroom flats each comprising living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom/WC and storage cupboard.  Both flats will have amenity space for refuse storage and cycle parking. Access to the flat on the first floor will be via an external staircase attached to the east elevation of the building. The developer will need to enter into an agreement called a Basic Asset Protection Agreement (BAPA) with Network Rail which means they must produce and agree a statement of the proposed detailed build before work commences.
