There has been no official planning submissions so far.
The original stone building is Grade II Listed, with a later built 2-storey extension to the rear. This structure we believe would readily convert to a fairly large 3/4bedroom detached property. The rear portion of the site comprises an open parking forecourt with a single storey flat roof building which could easily be demolished to create space for an additional new build construction.

Public Footpath - please note that a public footpath runs through the site connecting North Street with Lodge Close to the rear.
Vehicle Right of Way - there is a vehicle right of way from the rear entrance, Lodge Close that runs through the site serving 2no. adjoining residential properties.
REDEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS
Demolition of the single storey building together with surrounding parking areas would immediately open up the site for at least 2no. building plots, perhaps more. A route could easily be preserved through the site for the public footpath however, we would need to fully identify the extent of the vehicle right of way in favour of 2no. infill properties that have been built on the eastern boundary. The listed building fronting the road has redevelopment potential, to be converted into a rather large detached 3-4- bedroom detached house.
