They can use one of the 4,000 of KeyNest Store locations where keys can be securely stored and exchanged with authorised users. This way access to property can be provided after-hours and on the weekends, without the need to commute to the property or meet on-site.
Building staff can store keys in KeyNest Points so that they can later be collected by contractors, maintenance staff, agents or surveyors. These locations are usually newsagents, cafés and taxi offices, as well as automated lockers located outside petrol stations, supermarkets and retail parks.
KeyNest pricing starts at £5.95 and is generally cheaper than installing smart locks or commuting to the property.
