Castlehill Capital is a specialist property lender, providing development finance, bridging loans and mezzanine funding to UK property developers.

We work with a small portfolio of private investors who will provide equity for certain property projects - depending on location, profitability, experience and other factors..

Development Finance

We're well known for our expertise in development finance, having helped many property developers and investors achieve their goals. We ensure the right terms are in place for every project and provide expert support every step of the way from the release of funds to final redemption.

• LTV up to 65% GDV
• Terms up to 18 months
• 90% LTC.

Bridging Loans

We lend on a wide range of residential, commercial and semi-commercial properties throughout the UK. Instead of being restricted by off-the-peg lending criteria, or confined by a pre-prescribed set of projects, we can handcraft each loan to make sure it exactly meets a borrowers needs.
