Established in 1980, Addagrip Terraco are manufacturers, formulators and suppliers of resin systems and have over 41 years’ of trading history and experience in the resin surfacing industry. Part of the Terraco Group since 2011, we pride ourselves in our knowledge and expertise in the resin surfacing industry.
Addagrip Terraco offer an extensive range of External Specialist resin surfacing solutions to meet a wide range of project needs and are constantly working on innovative new systems to offer problem solving solutions.
We offer both Resin Bound and Resin Bonded surfacing options for domestic projects and commercial schemes.
Quality and assurance
Addagrip Terraco are suppliers of the first UK BBA Certified range of Resin Bound porous surfacing systems Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound.
As part of its commitment to manufacture and formulate the very best resin surfacing solutions to the highest standards, Addagrip Terraco Ltd offers a Product Guarantee (materials only, not installation) of up to 25 years on its BBA approved Addaset, Addabound and Terrabound resin bound surfacing products when installed in accordance with prescribed quality standards by Addagrip approved contractors.
Addagrip Terraco use trained and approved contractors for our resin surfacing installations to ensure that our products are installed to our exacting standards and in line with BBA requirements. We have a network of approved contractors providing nationwide coverage.
Addaset, Addabound, Terrabound, Terrabase Rustic and Terrabase Classic have been awarded an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certificate.
Addagrip resin bound and resin bonded surfacing systems are available on NBS Source and the NBS BIM Library.

How we work
We work directly with architectural practices of all different sizes all over the world. This collaborative approach ensures that product selection is optimised so our clients achieve outstanding results and realise beautiful buildings.
Our specification team are involved at the earliest stages of any project, often at concept stage. We continue this relationship throughout the process from initial quotation to order placement, design, manufacture, delivery and installation.
We have a nationwide network of approved contractors who install our resin surfacing products. We also offer a DIY range of resin bound surfacing solutions to meet your needs.
Project values range from under £1000 to over £1,000,000 and everything in between so we are happy to work with you to develop your scheme, however big or small it might be.
