Working across the Residential and Commercial sector, STM Group provides security and cleaning solutions to construction sites across the UK as well as soft services and facilities management for apartment and office blocks.
We offer Security services across a range of sectors which includes construction site security, concierge/security as well as manned guarding and gatehouse staff. The Cleaning offering from STM covers commercial cleaning across a range of sectors which include commercial office space, apartment blocks, construction site build cleans and communal residential spaces.
Established in 2005, and with offices in London and Manchester (where the Company 24 Hour Control Room is situated), STM has national coverage. The organisation has developed through controlled organic growth, combined with a selective acquisition strategy. The Company prides itself on the quality and flexibility of its service delivery model, with an underlying commitment to proactivity and reliability at the core of its philosophy.
