Thank you to the Resi Finance team and particularly Dave Cockle who has secured us a cracking deal on our re-financing options enabling our dream project to go ahead.

It really has been an entire Resi team effort to get us to this point encompassing architectural design, financing and connect building services.

We are now in the process of tendering for building contractors but very much look forward to the journey continuing.
