Founded by Mark Cook in 2013, MC Plan & Site Services has become a well-established Independent Building Control Consultancy company. Managing Director Mark Cook has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry, including more than 15 years as a Building Control Surveyor.
MC Plan & Site Services has a strong team of surveyors who have vast experience within the Construction Industry, varying from new build constructions and conversions of existing office building to flats to refurbishments of entertainment venues and commercial units.
They are supported by a highly efficient administration team, who ensure your experience with MC Plan & Site Services is stress-free and runs in a timely manner from the start of your journey through to you gaining your final certificate which shall be issued when all the works have been completed.
Aim
MC Plan & Site Services aim to provide a personalised, professional Building Control service to all clients, whether they are developing a large housing project, an extension to their own home, or a refurbishment of a commercial unit.
Mark and the team act as a 'One Stop Shop', encompassing all of the Building Control services under one roof in an efficient and cost-effective manner. MC Plan & Site Services will work closely with all parties involved throughout the process including the Application Submission, Plan Assessment, Site Inspections and Completion of Works.
Area
Based in the Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton areas, MC Plan & Site Services cover the South West and London, including Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Devon, Somerset, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.
