We own and manage a variety of commercial retail space in the UK along with warehousing and distribution facilities in the Middle East.
Our property investments are often independently acquired but we will operate as part of a joint venture on larger projects.
Development:
The business acquires land and constructs residential units for sale or lease. The management are currently focused on sites for the development of low cost starter housing, particularly one and two bedroom apartments.
