UP Property Group is an investment firm which has been formed to provide property to both the private and social sector in the UK. We buy or rent simple buy-to-lets, HMO's, small hotels for both the private and social sector. As part of our acqusition strategy, we also conduct extensive refurbishments and small developments.
Who are we?
We are a team of experienced property investors and business leaders. Dilal the founder has invested in property for over 12 years, worked as a management consultant and talent expert for over 17 years and co-founded a couple of companies, one of which sold to a FTSE250 firm.
What we do
For sellers, we provide flexible yet fast solutions for any type of property or land. For our customers, we provide private and social housing through buy-to-let investments, property development and long-term leases.
