Established in 1990, Michael Rogers is an established and independent commercial property consultancy.
On 1st May 2009, the Partnership converted to a limited liability partnership. We are now Michael Rogers LLP.
From our origins in the London suburban market we have grown and now provide a wide range of commercial property services in the south east of England from offices in three strategic M25 locations.
Our activities include commercial estate agency to high value property investment transactions at values in excess of £50 million, property management and residential house surveys and valuations.
We specialise in the Office, Industrial and Retail sectors. Our highly experienced team work with our clients to secure the sale and leasing of office space and industrial properties, property acquisition, identifying property investment opportunities and property investment sales.
