Alphaletz

A Brilliant software I now use to manage my rental properties. Got fed up with spreadsheets and complicated other products. Alphaletz keeps things simple but with more than enough detail. Developers fully understand the requirements as they are Landlords themselves. Also Alphaletz are in touch with users to allow tweaks and further development. Looking forward to being part of the Alphaletz family for the foreseeable future.

Where were you 5 years ago when I used to manage 10 bedroom HMO's!? Why wasn't this around then? I'm new to Alphaletz but I am expecting to save so much time in the near future.

I'm excited about handing the exports over to my accountant at the end of the year, instead of my messy spreadsheets. He is probably more excited than me to be fair.

Keep up the good work guys, so far this is going to be life changing for me. More time to spend with my kids!

I'm so glad I found AlphaLetz. I can say without a shadow of a doubt it's been transformative! I was getting increasing fed up of using spreadsheets and feeling on the 'back foot' . I had dabbled in other offerings which proved just be data grabbers with little reward or help for my property business needs. Every Landlord's business is different and this App being built by a Landlord with tones of experience in the data management field has replaced my spreadsheets, allowed me keep on top of all my priorities, access salient information on the move and is future proofing the way Landlords work. Of course there are a few 'addons' I would like, but I'm happy to wait to see what Richard and the team come up with as I know they listen to their clients. Don't hesitate! We found an absolute gem in Aphaletz to take away the stress and administrative burden of managing all information relating to my rental properties all in one easy to use software. We did our research and can say that this meets all our requirements to upload all property information including receipts, invoices, expenses, capital expenditure, due dates and everything we need to be effective landlords. The dashboard and reports generated are very intuitive. Downloading or exporting records is a breeze. Adding bank accounts and credit card accounts to reconcile expenditure is absolutely spot on. Richard's personal touch was valuable in getting us up and running in less than 1 hour!
