Our scheme in Green Lane, Redhill has reached completion! After being awarded planning from Reigate and Banstead at the end of 2018, our contractor teams at Probuild and WNHL have successfully closed out the project for us. Many thanks also to Advanced Window Improvements who smoothly executed what was a relatively tricky glazing detail. Really happy for our incredibly warm and friendly clients – Nick and Claire. Looking forward to seeing it in use!
The planning process can at times seem a complex maze of application types and timescales. So we’d thought we’d shed some light on how long the planning process takes.
So back in 2013, the coalition government expanded permitted development rights which were aimed at reducing the red tape involved in the planning process and thereby encouraging building development and house building including office conversions and extensions.
