We are a team of ex-local authority planners who know the planning system from all side, some may say Gamekeepers turned Poachers!
Chris Pipe, Founder/Director - Chris has a wealth of experience in the Town Planning industry and as former Head of Planning for a Council, working as UK Planning & Land Director for a large PLC and by launching Planning House in 2016 she knows her way through the planning system from a unique perspective.
Helen Heward, Associate - Helen has a passion for people and places, which makes her an ideal town planner. With over 12 years in public sector across planning policy, development management and enforcement she has the experience and knowledge to provide clients with an insightful perspective.
Chris & Helen are based in the North East of England
Chrissy Farrer, Associate - Having worked in the public sector for 20+ years, she has a wealth of experience in a wide range of planning issues. Working for the local authority, Chrissy always sought to negotiate and find solutions rather than rejecting applications where she could see potential. Chrissy is based in Derby.
