The client instructed Creative Building Designs to prepare the plans, but asked Darryl to submit the planning application.
BCP Council (formerly Bournemouth): Darryl Howells has secured a successful appeal against a decision of the Council to ‘refuse’ an application to vary drawings numbers to allow for alternative bin provision for a flatted development in a conservation area. The client, Juno Developments originally received planning permission for a block of 8 flats in the centre of Bournemouth, however in those approved plans, the planning officer stated only an internal bin store would be permitted to safeguard visual amenities and prevent harm to the Conservation Area.

Southampton City Council: Pure Town Planning are pleased to announce that Dan Wilden has just secured outline planning consent for the erection of a block of fourteen 2-bedroom apartments at a site in Shirley, Southampton.The scheme was designed by local architects ARC Architecture and is on a prominent corner site approaching Shirley High Street, currently occupied by a redundant doctors’ surgery.
BCP Council (Formerly Borough of Poole): Matt Annen, one of the directors here at Pure Town Planning, is proud to have successfully secured full planning permission on the first application for the erection of two large detached houses along Elgin Road in Poole. The dwellings will both be 4-bedroom properties, designed to a very high standard by ARC Architecture in a New England style. The two houses will be similar yet have slight differences for a unique touch.
