Zebra Key Holding and Planned Maintenance

title

Are you a landlord in London in need of a hassle free, one stop shop for all your repair and maintenance needs?

In 2022 we started a secure keyholding service for landlords and homeowners looking for the convenience of a one stop maintenance company. We can deal with all maintenance or repair issues without the need for you to arrange and project manage multiple trades. As well as dealing with reactive maintenance we can offer a package which includes managing your regular and planned maintenance (think boilers, patio or window cleaning, electrical condition reports or gas safety checks). Planned property maintenance is the best way to avoid bigger issues later on.

The key holding service is run by Zebra: Renovate and Repair (ZRR). ZRR were founded in 2020. Unlike our bigger brother Zebra Construction, we focus on smaller projects (bathrooms, kitchens or decorating) and responsive repairs (leaking roofs or boiler replacements). Dan Fisher heads up the team. Sometimes you will find him at his desk in the lower floor of our office on Lavender Hill but more often than not he is out and about roaming around our sites ensuring everything runs to plan.

Our construction company has been operating in London for over 10 years and built up a very happy customer base as well as a staff of trusted and highly skilled traders. ZRR is very much the same just more agile and quicker to react. You can find our office on Lavender Hill in Battersea but we operate throughout South London. You can pop in or contact us online or over the phone to discuss our key holding and maintenance service contracts.
