Anna Moore - New Panelist - CEO, Domna

Anna Moore is CEO of Domna, a turnkey energy efficiency (retrofit) service for private and social landlords.

Anna is a leader in retrofit and energy efficiency – she sits on the National Retrofit Hub’s Private Rental working group, sits on the City of London’s Skills for a Sustainable Skyline task force, and chairs the Urban Land Institute’s UK Innovation Council.

 

Adam Lawrence - Founder, Propenomix

Adam Lawrence's corporate career was in Wealth Management for boutique investment firms in Switzerland and also included a role as a cross-business consultant for one of the UK’s top 10 lenders. He also ran a betting syndicate for 5 years between 2006 and 2010.

Adam’s property career started in earnest in 2011 and since then he has been involved in over 550 UK properties, from flats purchased for £23k to portfolios of 91 properties at a time, and everything in between. The goal has been to buy at good value, add value, and then refinance and hold on - there has been some development, and sale, along the way but 90% has been to retain.

Interesting fact - he once defeated “Egghead” C.J. De Mooi in the tv quiz show “Revenge of the Egghead” (season 1 episode 29 if anyone wants to find it!).

 

Richard Blanco - The National Residential Landlords Association

Richard Blanco buys, lets and manages properties in six London boroughs. His areas of interest and expertise include buying at auction, managing the development process, encouraging positive landlord tenant relations, financing and business strategy.

A long-standing member of the National Residential Landlords Association, has a keen interest in housing policy, press and media and regularly comments on housing matters through talks, blogging, press, radio and TV. Richard is a regular presenter of House Hunters International which broadcasts in the USA and globally on the Discovery Network and presents the NRLA podcast 'Listen Up Landlords' and 'Inside Property' for Share Radio.

 

David Votta - Founder, Votta Sales and Lettings (VSL)

A seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the property industry. Having worked at leading lettings businesses in the South East, his expertise and exceptional customer service earned him multiple achievements. As the youngest-ever President of ARLA Propertymark in 2021 and now a Director on its main board, David has been instrumental in shaping industry policy in the attempt to make a fairer private rented sector.

David’s hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have driven VSL's success, with a landlord-focused, tenant-centered model that prioritises seamless tenancies. Marc Von Grundherr - Director, Benham & Reeves

Marc Von Grundherr invested in his first property during his "year off" before going to university. He continued to invest during his career in the City, when he worked in the US, across Europe and in Asia.

Marc joined Benham and Reeves Lettings in 1996. His banking background providing a unique perspective into property investment from a financial and logistical perspective, as did his personal history of investing in properties from London to Dubai to Malaysia and Brazil. He joined the board in 2001 and spends a lot of time developing relationships with investors across the world.
