It was refreshing to meet and deal with a letting Agent who is genuinely, friendly helpful and we feel is in total control of dealing with all our 3 properties we let in Broadstairs. We found that not only does David find the best Tenants to suit us he will inform us to put our minds at rest as we do not live locally to ensure we do not have the worry, all of this plus sharing expert local knowledge of the area. David will always make sure he meets up with us when we visit for a catche up, we will always recommend him to anyone in our position. We have loved dealing with him and we look forward to dealing with him in the future.
