Our experienced cladding specialists were contacted by a client in Christchurch, Bournemouth to add Marley weatherboard cladding to the upper half of their property.

This property, located just off the Tuckton Highstreet, was in need of an update both in aesthetic and insulation. With the next-door neighbour’s house opting for a tasteful white exterior, the client wanted to add style to their home by upgrading the roof-line.

In preparation for the renovation, our expert team started by removing the old fascias, soffits and gutters, and disposing of them as we were going to replace everything. We cut away the bell housing under the windows in order to damp-proof, water-proof and insulate, so that the property would be sheltered from the elements as well as look great.

Cladding, fascias & soffit installation

We installed Eurocell fascias and soffits on the property. Our experts installed a C62 Violet Blue shade of Marley Cedral lap cladding, which offers a fresh, blue tone and contrasts nicely against the brick of the property. Over this new cladding, we installed brand new FloPlast gutters to improve the drainage from the roof.

This was a big job with a number of elements to it, including insulating the exterior and installing new gutters; it took two weeks to complete, due to weather complications. The client was extremely happy with the finished result and they are now enjoying their new home.
