Introducing our 4 key double stacked two storey modules using light gauge steel

1. Core – front door, back door, stair, Part M4(2) WC and utility. This is a hard-working flexible module where additional doors can be created on either side and the upper room can be a study, 1p bedroom (National Space Standard compliant) or a family bathroom

2. Large – wider module for living/dining/kitchen with double bedrooms above. This module is symmetrical on the ground floor so can be flipped in order that living spaces can be aligned to aspect.

3. Medium – narrower module for kitchen/diner in larger houses and supporting bedrooms on the upper floors

4. Garage – garage module which can be attached or detached.

 

We also have the external store module which can accommodate a heat pump condenser and bin store. Potential planted green roof.

The glazed entrance canopy is hinged, so can be deployed after transit and is connected to the rain water pipe of the main house so no drips or icy patches outside the front door in winter.
