The Hill Group is set to launch its St James Quay scheme in Norwich on Saturday, May 27.

Situated next to the River Wensum and within walking distance of Norwich’s vibrant town centre, Hill is preparing to unveil an elegant collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes, which can be secured using the Deposit Unlock Scheme.

Just a 10-minute, walk from Norwich city centre, St James Quay combines striking, modern architecture with the city’s rich historical heritage.

The new phase of apartments occupies two new buildings, the Fry building is three storeys high and includes one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplex apartments.

The five-storey Tremain building is host to a range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as commercial space on the ground floor, including a museum and a café.

Every home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise position and space, with the apartments featuring a variety of open-plan layouts.

Living, kitchen and dining areas are bright and spacious and offer direct access onto a private balcony or terrace.

Residents also have access to secure cycle and bin storage, communal electric car charging points, and a convenient on-site Car Club vehicle.

Norwich train station is a 20-minute away with links to Ipswich, Cambridge, and London.

Via car, Norwich Airport is reachable in 16 minutes, whilst King’s Lynn and Cambridge are just over an hour away.

Norwich Bus Station is also walkable in 17 minutes, connecting residents to Broadland Business Park, the University of East Anglia and Norwich Airport.

Rebecca Littler, group sales and marketing director at The Hill Group said: “We are delighted to launch the new apartments at St James Quay. The development has been a tremendous success, both for local Norwich homebuyers and those seeking a more rural location outside London.

“Norwich is a unique place that offers something for everyone. With a bustling town centre, scenic riverways, abundant green space, a thriving business scene and transport links, it’s no surprise that this multi-award-winning location is a destination of choice amongst homebuyers seeking value for money. We anticipate high demand for these new homes and urge prospective purchasers to register their interest as soon as possible.”

Prices for the new release of homes at St James Quay start from £214,950 for a one-bedroom apartment and £269,950 for a two-bedroom apartment with selected homes available to purchase with the new Deposit Unlock scheme.
