The property had been vacant since July 2019 where previously it had operated as a community public house and destination restaurant. Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the sale and comments, “It is great to see the Coach & Horses being returned to its former glory. I have the greatest confidence that the new owner’s experience will be a driving factor in ensuring the success of this once renowned pub. Being local to the area I know the community will welcome this revitalised establishment with open arms, and look forward to utilising the business myself.”

Sidney Phillips sold the Coach & Horses off a leasehold asking price of £15,000 and a freehold asking price of £295,000.
