Edward Sunderland purchased a plot of land with planning in place to develop an iconic landmark building. A new gated development of just 6 contemporary apartments in Chiswick.

Encapsulating luxury living this visually stunning building features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments designed for modern lifestyles. My brief was to create individual designs to benefit off plan sales and generate further income with upscale design packages. Each apartment had its own challenges with the unusual shape of the building and complex living spaces linked to external balconies and terraces, some with winter gardens. The CGI needed to reflect the potential of the building and inspire with creative nuances, lighting and luxury finishes, with a view to sell design from these individual packages.

5 two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with terraces and winter gardens, and a 1 bedroom apartment. All open plan with luxury fittings, and the option for bespoke furniture packages. They will be a truly stunning addition to the Chiswick Park Village.
