Multi-use property developer Rockwell has reported impressive sales for its luxury property development in Southwest London. Since its launch in May 2023, Hurlingham Waterfront has surpassed £60million in sales.

The success of the brand-new 3.2-acre scheme contradicts market-wide trends and firmly establishes Hurlingham Waterfront as one of the best-selling developments in the capital this year.

Buyers from across the globe have complemented a significant volume of domestic sales, showcasing the project at an immersive marketing suite directly opposite the site along Nickols Walk.

The developer says that the strong and consistent demand for residences at Hurlingham Waterfront is a result of not only the immediate riverside location, expansive private gardens, and full suite of amenities but also the unique range of residency options across studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

Nicholas Mee, managing director of Rockwell, said: “Riverside property has always commanded a premium, especially in London. We have found that Hurlingham Waterfront’s unique combination of the peace of the river and the energy of the city presents a unique and attractive proposition to buyers across demographics, and we are pleased to say that the reception of this vision has exceeded expectations.”

Over 90 apartment types are on offer at Rockwell’s development, and each has access to an extensive suite of amenities, including workspaces, lounges, a cinema, a fully equipped fitness centre and a pool, sauna, and steam room complex for residents’ private use.

This is in addition to the 39,000 square feet of ‘rewilded’, resident-only green spaces at Hurlingham Waterfront. Rockwell says connecting residents with nature was a central part of their vision for the site and that this has been a popular element of the offering onsite.

Nicholas Mee added: “Nature has proven to have a big impact on mental and physical wellbeing. This has been taken into account at Hurlingham Waterfront and has influenced the design of all the interior and exterior spaces. We are delighted with the positive reception of our product since the launch in May this year, and we are looking forward to the months ahead.”

Due to the scheme’s popularity so far, Rockwell has reported releasing an additional suite of apartments for sale.

The first completions at Hurlingham Waterfront are scheduled for Q3 2025. Prices start from £595,000. For more information, visit https://www.hurlinghamwaterfront.co.uk or contact Savills or Knight Frank.
