BCP Council (Formerly Borough of Poole): Matt Annen, one of the directors here at Pure Town Planning, is proud to have successfully secured full planning permission on the first application for the erection of two large detached houses along Elgin Road in Poole. The dwellings will both be 4-bedroom properties, designed to a very high standard by ARC Architecture in a New England style. The two houses will be similar yet have slight differences for a unique touch.

The approved design has been created with its surroundings in mind. The scale of the buildings is comparable to neighbouring plots on Elgin Road in order to respect the street scene, appropriately reflect the pattern of development within the locality and avoid harm to the neighbouring residents.

The surrounding area of the site shows a mixture of architectural styles, with good examples of recent redevelopment. Our client KLF Developments believes the proposal will improve the emerging street scene.

The site benefits from shops and services in Ashley Cross, Lilliput and surrounding areas with easy access to an array of public transport giving links to Bournemouth and Poole town centres and beyond.

If you have a potential development site and would like an opinion of what might be achievable then why not contact Pure Town Planning for a free initial desktop appraisal.
