The Kings Head is a very impressive Georgian looking property that stands over one acre of ground. It has been much improved during our clients period of occupation and offers excellent trading areas with scope to extend.
The pub also benefits from a three section main bar with additional restaurant, extensive gardens and car parking, and a separate two bedroom domestic flat.
The village of Docklow stands in a stunning location on the main A44 road between the market towns of Leominster and Worcester, in the hear of the rolling Herefordshire countryside.
There are views to the Shropshire Hills, Clee Hill to the north and Bromyard Downs and the Malvern Hills to the east. The A44 is a busy commercial route and also one that is utilised by many tourists travelling from the Midlands to the West Wales Coastline.
The Kings Head has been sold to Mr Paul English, alongside his wife Debra, their son Ashley and his girlfriend Aino, the team intend to re-open the Kings Head seven days a week, from 9.00am for breakfast, tea and coffee.
The family are also firm believers that pubs that open all day, should offer food all day, meaning that when the pub is open, the kitchen is open.
Paul and the team are now working hard to open the beer garden with a more limited menu from the 12th April, Government guidance permitting.
Sidney Phillips sold The Kings Head off a Freehold asking price of £250,000
