Planning application submitted for our Bournemouth project!

This proposal increases and improves the internal layouts at first floor by extending out across the flat roof of the existing ground floor extension. A loft conversion is also proposed, adding an additional bedroom to this property.

The contemporary design of the ground floor glazing is continued at first floor with vaulted windows to the South facing bedroom elevations, which will receive an abundance of natural light.
