It is currently let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement at a current rental of £570 per calendar month and is ideal for continued investment. The apartment has a guide price of £40,000-£50,000. If you have any questions or want to view the property, then please contact Sam Kinloch or Richard Payne on 01273 504232.

Taking care of business

We don’t typically offer properties as far north as Norfolk, but this commercial property is such a gem that we’ve made an exception. The single-storey warehouse/production unit is located in Harleston, a pretty market town between Ipswich and Norwich.

The premises sits on a site that extends to 1.57 acres and includes car parking facilities and a yard area on three sides of the unit. Inside the modern commercial unit you will find an entrance reception area, administrative reception area, inner hallway, kitchen area, cloakrooms/W.C., conference suite, server room, five offices, locker room/W.C., cafeteria, small parts storeroom, and two large production/warehouse areas.

The premise is on Harleston Industrial Estate already home to many established companies. The size of the property makes it ideal for a manufacturing or production business. Lot 12 will go under the hammer with a guide price of £950,000 at our Essex and North East London auction on 28 October. To find out more contact Paul Bridgeman or Martin Hardy on 01245 205778.
