Luke Barnes wins Young Property Professional of the Year

We’re proud to announce that Luke Barnes, our CEO, has been named Young Property Professional of the Year at Insider’s North West Young Professionals Awards, which recognises the region's talent under the age of 35.

By providing both bespoke and pre-designed services, Luke has developed a strong client base of large-scale private developers, housing associations and councils. From luxury bespoke apartments to high-quality affordable homes, Luke champions quality and sustainability for his diverse range of clients and supply chain partners. 

On winning the award, Luke Barnes said, “I’m delighted and humbled to have won the Young Property Professional of the Year award. Despite the challenges that 2020 has thrown up, everyone at Ideal Modular Homes has continued to work hard and I’m honoured that our innovative modular housing solutions have been recognised by Insider North West at their North West Young Professionals Awards.”

Like a lot of events and plans this year, the pandemic and subsequent restrictions had caused Insider to cancel their awards ceremony. However, they still wanted to honour the achievements made by professionals, in a variety of sectors, across the North West. The awards celebrate the young talent in the North West who have made a significant difference over the last year with their dedication, expertise and dynamic approach to the field.
