Optimum Project Consultancy was founded by Stephen McNelis, who is an experienced Director with over 30 years' experience, managing major, high value programmes of works and individual projects both in the UK and overseas.
Stephen has been responsible for managing the delivery of major projects, from inception through construction, commissioning and ultimately handover to the Client. Projects have included highly complex private and public sector assignments ranging from £112m to over £1.25bn.
This has given Stephen a comprehensive working knowledge of how projects should be planned, executed and delivered.
Stephen’s natural aptitude, organised practical approach and his understanding of work-flow and processes allow him to excel in guiding all project participants to achieve all agreed objectives.
