The Process

At Ligneous Kitchens we strive to create the perfect kitchen for our clients, we believe that every interior space has a kitchen waiting inside and it is our task to bring this out, by gaining a deep understanding of our clients and their needs.

Consultation

The initial consultation is an opportunity to find an understanding of the client’s exact requirements and to discuss the proposed project in more detail.

Design

Once the brief has been taken, Ligneous Kitchens will propose an initial concept and this will then be developed closely with our clients until completely satisfied. We will then present the plans and 3D visualizations for final approval. Once approved the kitchen is scheduled and most projects will take between 8-16 weeks from sign off to completion. The schedule is dependant on the complexity of the kitchen and on the amount of any build and structural work to be undertaken to prepare the space for installation

Production

Production will take place at either the Eggersmann or Stormer factories in Germany or if it is a bespoke kitchen at our fully equipped workshop in Surrey, where we have a team of highly accomplished craftsmen dedicated to creating furniture and cabinetry to the highest specification.

Installation​

Once any build work is ready, the cabinetry and any appliances will be delivered and the installation can commence and will take on average between 1-2 weeks for the furniture and then a further 1-2 weeks for any work surfaces, splash backs and final connection of any plumbing and electrics.

We only use highly skilled furniture installation specialists who complete the work with as little disturbance as possible. When finished, every fine detail of our furniture is thoroughly checked before we present it to our clients as complete.
