As property owners ourselves, we had first-hand experience of poor estate management - and the impact it has on leaseholders. We wanted a partner we could trust to provide good customer service as well as value for money.
In 2004 Encore was born out of dissatisfaction with the status quo and a belief there had to be a better way of managing property. Since then the company has grown, but we have never lost sight of our original aims.
