This new integration seamlessly transfers data from your team members’ Outlook mailboxes directly into our brand-new inbox within ContactBuilder, allowing you and your team to receive all emails directly into the system. You can link as many mailboxes as you wish to a development. To make things simple, ContactBuilder will automatically assign emails to your customers’ contact record as both a task and an interaction, allowing you to clearly see a customer’s progress and interactions. If the email is from a new lead that is not yet registered in ContactBuilder, you can easily create a new contact to assign the email to, and once the contact is created any further emails that are received will be automatically assigned. 

 

With this new inbox integration, you can do everything you would normally do in Outlook: send, forward, and reply to emails, you can also attach documents that are stored in the system via a link, allowing you to work completely within ContactBuilder, there’s no need to have endless applications open. You can even update your email signature with ContactBuilder’s built-in signature function - personalised signatures can be set at either development or company level. As an added bonus, you don’t need to worry about having Outlook open whilst you work, ContactBuilder pulls through all emails in real time so you can stay on top of leads and queries as they come in.
