Knight Frank has made two new appointments to its dedicated Flexible Office Solutions [FOS] business.
The new hires bring the FOS team’s total to seven, an increase of five in twelve months.
The international real estate advisor has appointed Steven Lydon as a Surveyor and Eleanor Littley as a team secretary.
Steven Lydon joins Knight Frank from the English Lacrosse Association, where he was the head coach for the England men’s lacrosse national team. Before moving to London from Boston to take up the role with the England team, Steven had a successful career as a lacrosse coach in the US and prior to this was also an advisor in JLL’s commercial team.
Eleanor Littley joins Knight Frank having recently moved to London from Hong Kong, and will be supporting the FOS team as it continues to grow and expand.
Knight Frank’s Flexible Office Solutions business provides tailored advice to businesses of all sizes seeking flexible workspace in London, from large corporates to fast-growing start-ups and enterprise businesses, and is headed by Amanda Lim.
Amanda Lim, Head of Knight Frank’s Flexible Office Solutions team, commented, “Steven brings an entirely unique perspective to the team, and his experience as a professional sportsman will be highly valued by businesses looking to find a workplace that offers a compelling work life balance, and of course great sports and leisure facilities.
“We are passionate about recruiting a team of experts that reflect our clients and their needs, so we are looking outside of the traditional property industry for new recruits. It is an exciting time for Knight Frank’s Flexible Office Solutions business as we invest in great people and expand to solve the workspace challenges of modern occupiers.”
