Star Property is pleased to advise that the investment market across the South is certainly as hot as the weather, we have recently completed a number of sales and off-market acquisitions, with a number of other deals agreed and currently in hand. 

The demand for investment properties is certainly stronger than ever and with low bank rate returns and rising inflation, new buyers are now entering the market looking for a return on their funds for not only income but to beat inflation.
