“We knew we would get a lot more for our money than if we bought in London, and we liked the idea of belonging to a brand new local community. We got in early enough to choose some of our own fixtures and fittings for the house, which was great. We had five or six examples of kitchen units to choose from, as well as flooring and carpets. We’ve had friends and family visit since we moved in last November and they have loved it. It’s a nice community, in a good part of town, and close to the A12 and A13. It’s been a great experience and the sales team have been really helpful all the way through the whole process. All in all, we’re very happy with where we are and what we’ve got!”
