One of Cornwall’s oldest hotels is up for sale after being well-loved by guests for almost 110 years. Whitsand Bay Hotel closed last December and plans were submitted to Cornwall Council to transform the hotel into 18 apartments, which have now been accepted.

But the iconic grade II listed building,which has most recently been used as a 32-bedroom hotel, is now on the market with Lang Town Country and Knight Frank for a guide price of £3.5 million.House-hunters can purchase the former hotel which comes complete with beautiful gardens and an indoor swimming pool.
