High Praise for Yeoman Rainguard Rainwater Systems

Damaged Victorian down pipes on the Leeds Methodist Mission have been replaced with a Cast Iron rainwater system from Yeoman Rainguard.
Built in 1835, as well as a place of worship, the Leeds Methodist Mission building also provides rooms for hire, office space, café and a crèche.
Trevor Parker, Leeds Methodist Mission Property and Conference manager, explained: “We were having problems with damp in some of the rooms, caused by the original down pipes leaking and turned to Skipton-based architect, Graham Farmer(who looks after the listed building) for advice and he recommended Yeoman Rainguard.”
Yeoman Rainguard supplied four replacement stacks to match the original design in 100mm Dia Cast Iron, pre-painted Black. Rainguard also successfully overcame the challenge of site access (due to a raised area and stone gate) by setting up a special access platform.
“We were delighted with the quality of products and prompt service we received from Yeoman Rainguard. Its specialist skills were very impressive and we were kept advised of progress at every stage of the job, added Trevor.”
