Glenny has let almost 20,000 sq ft of office accommodation at 4 Cam Road in Stratford to the Global Banking School, a higher education provider offering a range of sector-relevant courses across the UK.

Glenny has let the second, third, and fourth floors, each measuring 6,659 sq ft, on a 15 year lease for £26.50 per annum.

Recognised as one of Stratford’s premier offices, the building is located near Stratford High Street and is home to key tenants like the NHS and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi.

Zack Berman, Head of Office and Mixed-Use Agency at Glenny, said: “Stratford has undergone a period of significant redevelopment in recent years and is now widely recognised as one of London’s most accessible locations. It is home to major retailers, businesses, and restaurants, which together make this one of the city’s exciting locations to live, work, and visit. This latest deal is a significant one for the area and demonstrates a strong interest in the office market right now, particularly from tenants who want a foothold in thriving locations like Stratford.”
