Fixed Return Investment - Old Leicester City Football Ground

Posted by Shojin Property Partners on 30th October 2019 -

title

Shojin Property Partners are pleased to present the opportunity to invest into a PRS-led development scheme in the centre of Leicester. Occupying Leicester F. C’s former stadium, the area is deeply rooted within the history of Leicester and is perfectly placed for quick and easy access to both universities within Leicester, Leicester’s Royal Infirmary and the city centre.

The site is currently a vacant plot of land in need of redevelopment due to falling into a state of dereliction and decay. In April 2019, the Developer submitted a planning application to redevelop the site and enhance the existing planning permission to provide 695 PRS beds across 361 units as well as 1 commercial unit, associated landscaping and parking.

Full planning permission is expected imminently after which we will complete the deal.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Investors' capital will attract a fixed annualised return which will be paid prior to any profit distribution to the Developer.
