Eggfree Cakebox Takes Up More Than 26,000 sq ft at Mollison Avenue

Glenny’s Business Space Agency has let a 26,526 sq ft warehouse at Mollison Avenue in Enfield, London to Eggfree Cake Box, a nationwide bakery delivering 100% egg free celebration cakes.
Acting on behalf of Peter Colby Commercial, Glenny negotiated a 10 year lease for the end terrace warehouse, which occupies a highly prominent location on the east side of Mollison Avenue and within the established Brimsdown industrial area.
Peter Higgins, Divisional Partner at Glenny, said: “Now boasting over 180 branches across the UK, Eggfree Cake Box started out with a shop in East London back in 2008 and we’re proud to be taking them another step forward on their journey given our own roots in the community. We’re delighted to have secured them a home at this popular location, which benefits from strong transport links and modern office accommodation.”
