Binghatti, the Dubai-based developer known for its groundbreaking projects, including the ongoing construction of the next world’s tallest building, has secured a prime location in London’s prestigious Knightsbridge district.

The company has signed a 10-year lease for a 15,000 sq ft store and showroom at 197-205 Brompton Road, part of the South Kensington Estate.

The new concept store will serve as a showcase for Binghatti's innovative developments and luxury collaborations with world-renowned brands such as Mercedes, Bugatti, and Jacob & Co. The exclusive space will feature retail concessions, showrooms of their residences, and a luxury catering offering, creating a unique experience for visitors.

Binghatti’s arrival in Knightsbridge adds to the district’s growing line up of high-end interior and lifestyle brands, including YDF, Luxury Living and Dolce & Gabbana Casa. This commitment from Binghatti highlights the continued strength of London’s top retail locations and reaffirms the city’s status as a global retail destination.

Emma Wills, director, Central London Retail at Colliers, comments: “Binghatti is a leading global developer, and its investment into the London market for this concept store signifies the city’s ongoing appeal to major international businesses. This gateway site, close to Harrods is the perfect location for luxury retail and lifestyle under one roof. The store will incorporate homewares, fashion and accessories with showrooms and a café, and is a prime example of a multidimensional retail platform which has the ability to flex and evolve depending on customer demands.”

Colliers and Orme Retail represented the landlord, South Kensington Estates, in this landmark deal.
