Commercial bridge

Introduced by a large accountancy firm, their client needed to purchase an office block for £5m within 30 days of exchange. The client had a broker themselves and I was provided with copies of the terms they had secured. I did not feel these were acceptable so looked into other options, resulting in me beating the other broker on speed, ease, deliverability and most importantly, price for both the required bridging and the term loan.
