Carter Jonas Achieves Unanimous Planning Consent For Henry Davidson Developments in Tamworth

National property consultancy Carter Jonas has secured planning consent on behalf of Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) to create ten new units at Lichfield Road Industrial Estate, Tamworth.
On 5 March the planning committee of Tamworth Borough Council voted unanimously in support of the planning application.
The 0.77 ha site is brownfield and currently unused. The new planning consent will allow for new units to be used for general industrial/ storage and distribution/ research and development and industrial processes uses.
The site will benefit from landscaping and will provide a suitable number of parking spaces.
In achieving the planning consent, Carter Jonas liaised with consultees including the Lead Local Flood Authority, the Local Highways Authority and Tamworth Borough Council Planning Policy and Delivery.

Construction is due to commence during the summer this year and the scheme is anticipated to complete in early Spring 2025.
