Bellway Homes secures five-star builder status

During this challenging period of lockdown, prioritising customer care remains a focus for leading housebuilder Bellway Homes. Therefore, its latest five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF), which reflects their commendable customer satisfaction, means more than ever.

The accolade reflects the 90 per cent score Bellway Homes received following the HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey of buyers who stated that they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend. The five-star status is coveted in the construction industry and places Bellway among the elite in the UK’s housebuilding world.  These high standards are exhibited at developments across Oxfordshire including Yew Tree Gardens in Cholsey, Oak Hill Park in Chinnor and Greensands in Wantage.

The HBF star rating has become the leading indicator for success in the new homes industry since it was introduced in 2005. Over the past year Bellway has more than 10,000 new homes and the HBF independently survey 5,357 Bellway homeowners to achieve this outstanding result.
