What led you to search for office space?

We had reached the point in our business where we needed a bigger office and nicer environment for our clients to visit.

What made you choose Arena?

Firstly, the location is very important to us. Arena Southampton is central and has good accessibility. Secondly, the quality of the building attracted us. It had been recently renovated and we were one of the first tenants to occupy an office here. We liked the modern look and feel to the building, and we also like the flexibility we have.

Tell us about your experiences with Arena since taking occupancy

We have found the experience very positive. The reception staff in particular are a pleasure to deal with and the facilities are enjoyable. We appreciate the team allowing us to decorate our office in our own style to make it our own. We also like the interactive way the team are, organising events and bringing occupants together.

Which three words would you use to describe Arena?

Friendly, professional and efficient.
