The development will provide 366 new homes, flexible retail use at ground floor, together with a purpose-designed two-storey community facility. A new public square will also be delivered, fronted by the community centre and retail units, connecting the site with the wider town centre via Commercial Way and a new route through the site will link to Chertsey Road.

The scheme comprises a residential tower together with a lower-level terrace fronting onto Chertsey Road and the Town Centre Conservation Area. The conservation area frontage is a contemporary reflection of the fine grain and arts & crafts character of Chertsey Road.

The new homes will be purpose-built for rent and will be operated by Five Nine Living, Watkin Jones’ experienced built to rent operator. The scheme has been designed to provide high quality homes and promote a sense of community for residents. The rented tenure will increase housing choice and accessibility within the town centre.
